Terms & Information For clarity, in the following text, we will refer to the customer as "you," Ecom Venture AB as "we," and Happypatches.shop as the "website."

These terms are written to ensure your security as a customer, and before you make a purchase, we kindly ask you to carefully read through them. Completed purchases on the website link to these terms.

HappyPatches is not liable for external circumstances. 

Prices All prices on the website are displayed in GBP.

Any import duties and taxes may apply, which are charged when the shipment reaches your delivery address. It should be noted that HappyPatches has no control over these charges. Therefore, HappyPatches cannot anticipate the amount of these costs.

We have no minimum order value or requirement for the number of products when ordering. This allows you, as a consumer, to freely choose from our range. We reserve the right to change and correct prices, adjust stock, and correct any obvious typographical errors that may occur on the website. We believe and hope that this is something you, as a consumer, understand.

Payment Selectable payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Are you under 18 years old? Then parental approval is required before the order can be completed.

For special orders or agreements on direct billing from HappyPatches where payment is not received before the due date, late payment interest is charged at reference rate +9.00%, and a reminder fee.

Delivery and Shipping Shipping Fees We use DHL, Postnord, Budbee, and Instabox as shipping partners. For purchases over 49 GBP, we offer free shipping.

The standard shipping cost for orders below the above value is 2 GBP.

For notifications related to your order, we use the mobile number and email address provided at the time of purchase. HappyPatches cannot be held responsible if incorrect information is provided at the time of purchase. Please review the contact information carefully to ensure that notifications can be received correctly.

HappyPatches is not responsible for any delays in your delivery.

Delivery Time Orders received before 12:00 on weekdays are intended to be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day they are received. Delivery time varies between 5-10 business days, with possible delays during promotions and holidays.

We reserve the right to discontinue products. In the event of discontinuation, we will contact you at the email address or phone number provided to find a solution that works best for you. As we use some Limited Edition products, we want to inform our customers that the "first come, first served" principle applies. Limited Edition means that the item will not be restocked in our range but is produced in a limited edition. In the event of discontinuation, the item will be canceled from your order, and a refund will be issued.

Delivery is available to Sweden and Norway.

Exchanges and Returns Return Policy When purchasing from our website, a 30-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with consumer protection legislation. This means that you, as a customer, have the right to withdraw your purchase by notifying us at HappyPatches within 30 days from the date you or your representative received the ordered item (withdrawal period). However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personally designed products with a clear personal touch.

To exercise your right of withdrawal for your purchase, the product must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. To approve the return, you need to complete the return form included in the original packaging.

When applying the right of withdrawal from your purchase, you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping cost of 5 GBP.

Once we receive and approve your return, we will refund you for the returned products. Any shipping costs remain and are non-refundable.

Returned products must be returned in an unchanged and unused condition. This means that labels, any Velcro attachments, labels, and protective films must be intact on the product as they were upon delivery. The return must be sent back securely packaged and in the same way as they were delivered to be approved.

For damaged returns, such as missing labels, damaged Velcro straps, dirt, hair, or removed protective film, HappyPatches has the right to charge a depreciation fee in accordance with the degree of damage to the item. Up to 100% of the item's value if it is not considered to be in saleable condition. Money will be refunded for the item minus the depreciation according to the law.

The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase once we have received and checked the condition of the item. The refund applies to the cost of the returned product. The shipping cost remains and is therefore never refunded.

Exchanges We do not handle direct exchanges at our warehouse. If you wish to exchange an item, make a return of the product/products according to the right of withdrawal and then place a completely new order on the website. Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund you for the product/products.

If your exchange order is below 50 GBP, contact our customer service to receive your personal code for free shipping.

Complaints As a customer, you have the right to complain about an item within three years. The defect should be reported as soon as it is discovered. Complaining about an item within two months is considered to be within a reasonable time frame. You must be able to prove that the item was purchased from HappyPatches and, in that case, please contact our customer service. In the event of an approved complaint, HappyPatches covers all costs, including shipping.

HappyPatches reserves the right to reject a complaint if we believe that the product is not faulty in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In case of complaints, HappyPatches follows guidelines from the General Complaints Board (ARN). More information is available at www.konsumentverket.se.

If a dispute arises between you as a consumer and HappyPatches, and we cannot resolve the dispute, you may submit a complaint to the EU's online dispute resolution service (ODR). More information can be found at the following link http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Unclaimed Packages We charge a fee for any packages not collected from the pick-up point and returned to us. We charge the customer 35 GBP to cover the costs of shipping, packing, and administration.

It is the consumer's responsibility to pay taxes and customs duties. An order cannot be canceled or "returned to sender" unless these fees have been approved.

Delay or refusal of these fees will result in your order being destroyed/returned to the sender, and you will not be refunded. By placing an order with HappyPatches, you agree to these terms.

Purchases via Resellers If you have purchased your HappyPatches product through a reseller, you need to contact the reseller/store for questions regarding exchanges or complaints.

Used Products If you have purchased your HappyPatches product from a private individual, we regret to inform you that we cannot assist with any exchanges/complaints.

Other Information HappyPatches is not responsible for any accidents that may occur when using our products.

Please note that product images on the website may include additional equipment. The product text always describes the actual product. Please note that the product color on the website may differ from the actual color.

Promotions Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Promotions apply only to new orders placed during the promotional period.

Force Majeure HappyPatches is not responsible for defects or delays caused by direct or indirect external circumstances, including war, strikes, accidents, natural disasters, labor disputes, changes in regulatory authority, failure to deliver from suppliers, or comparable situations beyond control that could not have been foreseen and that affect already signed contracts and agreements.
